Produced with organic Zagara Bianca lemons and Biancolilla olives, Ravida Lemon Olive Oil captures all the fragrance of Mediterranean lemons. The oil works very well on a fish fillet, on smoked salmon, or over rich shellfish such as crab, or as an addition to a fresh mayonnaise, and makes an excellent salad dressing when mixed simply with a grating of fresh lemon zest and some toasted pine nuts. Also very good with cooked meats such as roast chicken, and as a dressing to beef tartare or when mixed with parmesan for a last minute pasta. Makes a lovely duo with the Ravida Marsala Wine Vinegar.
