What Is Fetish?

This is White Lake's take on the well-known Greek style cheese. Matured in brine for 3-4 months, this cheese has a pleasantly rounded flavour. Crumble on top of a jacket potato, a salad or stuff inside a chicken breast.

Made with unpasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet.
